Square Enix Creates Real Time Computer Graphics Video

Square Enix recently demonstrated what they call the real time computer graphics video. Explaining the 'new stuff', CTO of the company Yoshihisa Hashimoto says that this video differs from the pre-rendered CG video. In such type of graphical computing, the systems generate each frame one by one at a speed of about 30 frames per second. The systems require huge computing power but the technology has the potential to make your video games look like an actual environment. With the advancements in the GPU technology, real time CG might be capable of bringing a significant change to the automotive and medical industries.
