Spice Mobiles, just like the other Indian smartphone manufacturers, is jumping into the cheap priced phone launch bandwagon and bringing to the market two new smartphones called - Spice Smart Flo Space and Spice Stellar Glamour. It is now safe to say that there is and never will be a dearth of low cost android smartphones in India. These two super affordable phones that feature the latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, are going to work with the cost-conscious buyers not only for their attractive price tags but also because of the presence of all the essential features in place. After coming up with the interesting Spice Pinnacle FHD smartphone that was priced at 16K, this is the company's newest addition to its shelves.

The Spice Stellar Glamour tech specs list a 4-inch display and a 1.2 GHz Dual Core processor coupled with 512 MB RAM and 4 GB of ROM (expandable up to 32 GB). Powered by a 1,400mAh battery, the Spice Stellar Glamour lets you take advantage of the Spice Cloud services for no additional charge. Priced at Rs. 5,999, the phone is going to work for those who aren't looking for anything extra in the features.

There's more to it. Both the phones will come with 6 months free NQ Antivirus and a free Back Cover (red and blue) worth Rs. 500. Both of them will also feature preloaded apps like Times Of India, Facebook, WhatsApp and Spice Gang. Let us know what are your opinions on the two new cheap androids in town.
@Nayan Goenka • 21 Aug, 2013 There is one thing to note in all these cheap range phones we are reading about. All of the phones have similar specs. 1Ghz dual core, 600mb RAM, 3-5MP camera and stuff. The costing varies. And it varies for drastic 3-4k each model. This phone is coming for 3-5k. What is the exact costing of these devices. At this rate if you get a smart phone, the rates of giants will also come down. HTC launches phone at 40k. It will eventually come down on rates once people figure it out that they are actually very cheap
@Sarathkumar Chandrasekaran • 21 Aug, 2013 RAM is the main specification which was missed or provided low in all low cost phones. The company can sacrifiy 5 mp cam and provide a 3mp cam to add more RAM memory.
