    I want to built a device that can be attached to an analogue or digital speedometer of a motorcycle which will transmit data wireless'ly to an external display.

    existing speedometer-attach device-collect and transmit data- receive and display data.

    i also want to know if there's a way to power up 12v led strips with smaller power or is there any very-very slim or small 12v battery available in market?

    If you want to hack digital speedometer of motorcycle it would be difficult to figure out the readings.
    But I suggest instead of that you can add your own speedometer and then you can display it where-ever you want to.
