Sony Launches Xperia Z1 Compact; 4.3 inch 720p Screen, Snapdragon 800 Processor & 20.7 MP Camera
Sony has started off its CES 2014 appearance by unveiling the sibling of the Sony Xperia Z1 - The Waterproof Flagship With 20MP Exmor RS Sensor And BIONZ Processing Engine. The Xperia Z1 Compact embodies most of the features of the flagship Sony Mobile device by having the same rear 20.7 MP Exmor RS CMOS image sensor with pulsed LED flash and front 2MP snapper which utilise Sonyâs own BIONZ mobile image processing engine. While companies like Nokia and Samsung are busy developing bigger screen devices that can cover your entire face, Sony seems to have paid a heed to customersâ request of smartphones which can be easily operated by a single hand. The Xperia Z1 Compact has got a smaller 4.3 inch screen which loaded with Sony display technologies like TRILUMINOS and X-Reality and has a resolution of 1280x720 pixels. The phone is as dust resistant and waterproof as its predecessor.
