Should Twitter Get Rid Of 140 Characters Limit?

Twitter is now considering removal of the default 140 character limit for tweets with new 10,000 characters limit. Twitter's CEO has expressed his opinion through an image attached to a tweet -


I'm wondering what do our fellow CEans think about it? Would this new move change Twitter into yet another blogging platform? Will it be good or bad for twitter?
