    Hi Putariadik, I am thinking ultrasonic transducer, sending and receiving could do it for you. Possibly one transducer will do both functions.

    I dont remember where it is, but there has been some discussion about this in either CE in focus or CE Labs. Please visit CE Forum to find out more. There is a lot of information about this. Someone has done a great amount of R&D about it!
