Scientists Develop A Super Strong Bubble Powered By Electricity!

There are very few things on this earth as fragile as a bubble! According to a report published in the latest issue of Physical Review Letters, scientists have developed a super strong bubble using electricity, that could live for hours.
Under normal conditions, a bubble weakens and pop because the fluid between the two very thin layers of soap can't resist the force of gravity and drains towards the earth. Now, the idea here is to trap the bubble between two platinum electrodes and put it in a high voltage area. This reverse the direction of the fluid and it actually goes up, against the force of gravity. Because it goes against gravity, the bubble won't come down to the floor soon, resulting in an increased lifetime.

The bubble also changes color as the walls grows fatter due to voltage. The new research can be helpful in nano-science as the soap film is naturally some nano meters think only. It can also be useful to create more efficient labs-on-chips, that can diagnose diseases based on the movements on a blood drop.
