Satyam Layoff, Salary Cut to 40%, - 7500+ employees affected

I just got the news that about 7500 employees from Satyam have been asked to stop coming to the office from 19[sup]th[/sup]June. New terms & conditions will be put up on 25[sup]th[/sup] June.

For the next 6 months, Satyam will offer only 40% of the employees original salary to their employees.

Employees will be told their new 'joining' dates on 25[sup]th[/sup].

Please update this thread with whatever information you have.

    So sad for good employees.

    @Durga I wish you are on safer side atleast by the time you complete your side by side studies
