Revolutie in Election System using BigData Analytics

Project Abstract / Summary : A vote is a formal expression of an individual's choice to elect the members in government. The Ballot system has been followed in India which can be replaced by mobile voting. All eligible voters can vote without visiting their respective booth. We have designed the mobile voting system using mobile computing which authenticates using mobile number, voter id, user id and finger print. After issuing the mobile number, the citizen will receive a unique user id from the government’s centralized server. The finger print is evaluated using FINGER LOC SENSOR and LIVE SCAN TECHNIQUE. The scanned votes will reach the server in private and will be processed using BIGDATA TECHNOLOGIES to obtain the upshot.

Why did you choose to work on this project topic : As we were eligible to caste our vote last year only,we found many drawbacks during the election,thus we had the thirst of bringing out a revolution over it based on the recent technology and this is the outcome of our idea.We have already designed and ready with our project.
Voting is the Birth Right of an individual who attains the age of 18 capable of deciding a better Government.As many eligible individuals are not able to register their votes due to may reason including senior citizens and people from remote area, the result of overall percentage of vote that had been registered does not reach 100%.Transportation of electoral device to all booth leads to cost expenditure.People working in other cities and countries are not able to caste their votes in their respective booths.Managing huge amount of data and processing the votes are difficult.
It reduces the economic cost because during elections many government employees are being appointed for election duty and are also trained for it. Fake votes can be avoided and 100% votes will be registered.Finally, potentially, economically, politically and practically this system proves to be the best. We ensure the future India lies in the secure voting through mobile only.
