    think of what you can make using all the instruments you have studied.I'll suggest the following:
    1) gsm based home appliance control
    2)finger print based attendance or door security system
    3) prepaid energy meter
    4) automatic railway crossing gate or solar tracking system
    or you can make some control system that monitors a given system and maintains it's optimum conditions like temperature control system for industries.
