RASS characterstics in measurement and control system

A radio acoustic sounding system (RASS) is a system for measuring the atmospheric <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lapse_rate" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Lapse Rate</a> using <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Backscatter" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Backscatter</a> of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radio" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Radio</a> waves from an <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acoustics" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Acoustics</a> wave front to measure the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speed_of_sound" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Speed Of Sound</a> at various heights above the ground.
