Project in Instrumentation and Control Eng'g Tecnology

I am a graduating college student in Instrumentation and control engineering technology. I needed a project regarding this and i don't have any idea in my mind. Can somebody help me where i can find projects in instrumentation and control that i can possible make a prototype as well which is low cost as well. Thanks in advance.
