Potentiometer controlled motorized rheostat

Hi guys...
I would like to be guided for the following project.

I have 2 potentiometers R1 and R2 of 100K Ohms connected for voltage comparison.
The R2 pot is coupled to rheostat motor.

When I rotate the R1 pot in forward direction and stop at some value. Then, one relay d1 is energized and the relay d1 drives the rheostat motor in forward direction until the pot R2 is rotated to attain the same value as that of R1. When R2=R1, the relay d1 is deenergized.
But, when I rotate the pot R1 in reverse direction from the earlier position, another relay R2 is energized and he relay d2 drives the rheostat motor in reverse direction until the pot R2 is rotated to attain the same value as that of R1. When R2=R1,he relay d1 is deenergized.

I need assistance in building the circuitry for the above project.
