Oracle's Latest Java Software Is Risky Business, You Have Been Warned

Cyber security has taken another blow to the gut with certain reports suggesting that Oracle's famous and widely used Java software is vulnerable to open up your PCs to hackers and the daunting thing is - there is no way to counter it or defend your PC from it right now. Security firms from all around the world such as Rapid7 and AlienVault are the ones ringing warning bells for all of the PC community, which for a long time has been fighting of these security threats. Java, as it is known to be, is a machine portable language that enables users to run a block of code on any machine which was initially written on another machine. It also enables web developers to make their sites accessible from multiple browsers that may be running on the Windows OS or the iOS (Apple's operating system).

The code causing all these problems has been identified to be "The Poison Ivy", which attacks the machine after the installation of the software and helps hackers to gain control of the user's PC. Security firms have already adviced users having the Java software installed to disable it as soon as they can to protect the integrity and privacy of their PC's. Computers can even get infected when its users visit any website that has already been attacked or is in control of hackers. Experts are recommending users to not enable Java on a universal use basis ,rather they are suggesting a safer option of using the Java browser plug-ins on a case-by-case basis when prompted or permissions.
