We have been regularly associating with Engineering Events across the globe and here's beginning a new chapter.


If you're an organizing a tech-fest or an annual event in your engineering college, a summit, an engineering conference, exhibition or expo - Any event that involves engineering professionals and students, we would love to be associated with you.

Here is an excerpt for the same -

A student journalist is a team member appointed by the event organisers to report updates from the event as they happen. Assisted by a team of editors at CrazyEngineers, the student journalist will write about the events, click photographs & share all the information through CrazyEngineers.

Eligibilty
  • Good command over written English
  • Ability to capture the event using words, photos and videos
A CrazyEngineers Student Journalist must write -

A complete description (At least 500 words) describing the event details prior to the event as follows -

1. Title: - -

2. Description:

  • Name of the Event:
  • Organised by:
  • Dates:
  • Venue:
  • Description:
    • Sub-Events - Date & Timing
    • Who should participate?
  • Links to Official Facebook page and Twitter account
  • Link to the Website.
Once the event begins, as one by one the sub-events take place, the Student Journalist should cover all the sub-events as a reply to the first post as follows -

1. Name of Sub-Event

2. Number of participants/attendees:

3. Description: {At Least 200 words} (What is the event about, How is the participation/involvement, Who are the co-ordinators, How is the response, etc.)

4. Add one or more photograph(s)

5. Upload a short video to YouTube or Vimeo. Add link to the same. [Optional]

Repeat the same for all sub-events mentioned in first article.

    Anyone who partners with CrazyEngineers will have to sign a MoU that we provide.
    It will say -

    Deliverables from CrazyEngineers:
    • Make formal announcement of the partnership in #-Link-Snipped-#.
    • Display a logo of the event on #-Link-Snipped-#.
    • Create a dedicated discussion for the event in CrazyEngineers #-Link-Snipped-# section.
    • Promote the event through CrazyEngineers’ social media channels. (Facebook, Twitter and Google+)
    • Provide a Certificate of Excellence to the Student Journalist who will cover the event’s details on CE.
    Deliverables from the Organizers:
    • Recognize CE as ‘Online Media/Knowledge/Promotional Partner’ through official event website by displaying CrazyEngineers Logo, hyperlinked to CrazyEngineers.
    • Display CE’s logo prominently on all publicity material (including but not limited to event posters, e-Bulletins, billboards, banners, printed material etc.). Proof of publicity (photographs) to be sent via email at least two days before the start of the event.
    • Appoint a student journalist for CE with responsibilities mentioned on our #-Link-Snipped-#.
