OMEGA

Project Abstract / Summary : Omega is a special suite designed for the soldiers at war. This suite is specially designed to help soldiers at war with its advanced features. Omega has the special feature of thrusters at the boot of the suite. This help the soldiers to jump without any physical damage. While jumping from certain heights ,(say to jump from top of 10 storey building) the soldier can use thrusters to land safely. Omega also helps the soldier to jump to a certain height. This helps the soldier to move around faster than the enemy group. The suite is built with the lightweight bulletproof metal matrix macro composite(MMC), this metal protects the soldiers from bullets and other small particles from the grenade. A wrist radar is provided, which helps the soldier to be aware of the surroundings. This suite has storage for ammo and grenades. Advanced voice comm and video comm facility is also provided. The suite has a special EMP gun that disables the electrical devices on impact. Omega is far advanced and more protective then present soldier armor. This suite will make a massive step towards advancement in defense systems. Omega will the stepping stone for the future soldiers.

Why did you choose to work on this project topic : The technology today is much better than the technology yesterday. I always admired IRONMAN for its science fiction . But its idea made me to develop an idea of a suite, not like IRONMAN but a reliable real time suite for soldiers.
