Ogle At These High Speed, High Capacity Storage Devices
#-Link-Snipped-# is stealing the show at CeBIT 2011. The company that's totally into high performance and high speed storage devices, is ready to launch the SandForce SF-2200 (SSD aka Solid State Drive) that can store up to 256 GB data and transfer it to your computer at cool 500 MB/s. Impressive, huh?

They're also doing quite an impressive work on the USB flash drives. This is no ordinary USB, its #-Link-Snipped-#. Their Supersonic Magnum Series USB 3.0 Pen Drive can store up to 128 GB and use its 8-channel controller to 200 MB/s read speed and about 110 mbps write speeds.

Don't think these devices will be cheap. There's no official word on the pricing yet, but 100+ mbps write speed is surely going to drill a hole in your pocket.
