I am unable to understand anything from traceroute as I am ignorant in this networking crap.
Can anyone tell me what is difference between result of traceroute of router1 & router2 ?
This problem of internet speed spikes is prevailing since last 10 days, even BSNL technical person is unable to iterate it. So, I would like to know whether it is ISP problem or my router is screwed.
