My New Laptop not working properly

last Saturday I purchased a HP laptop from Snadeal.com with dos. I installed genuine Windows7 (ultimate).But problem is HD video not playing .Wi-Fi not working. Bluetooth also not working.so how to find drivers r missing or any other technical problem.

    Typically, you shouldn't need to install drivers for all the regular functions. Please make sure that you've enabled the relevant adapters. You may have to check the key combos on your machine to see if bluetooth is enabled and whether your wi-fi module is turned on. Quickly refer to the guide that may have accompanied your machine.
