Mtech at IITB or job @oracle !!

Hi Friends,
I have just completed my Btech from NIT in computer science with 8.6 CGPA .I am very much confused whether to go for job or futher studies.I have a job offer from oracle (server technologies) and also RA position at IIT Bombay(its a three year course) .I heard that avg package for Mtech in IITB is about 7-8 lks and job currently offered to me is of 8.5 lk .My seniors told me that Mtechs from IIT were offered same position as Btech at oracle and they work with them .So ,is there any benefit of doing Mtech if we consider it in terms of package or better core job options.Another option i see is to go for job and then do MS . Pls help.
