Motorola And Sprint Bring Photon 4G - The High Speed, 1 GHz Dual Core, Android Handset

Motorola and Sprint held a joint press conference in New York City to announce their latest cellphone in called Photon 4G. This Android handset from Motorola is said to have 4G speeds and is powered by 1 GHz dual core Tegra 2 processor. Photon 4G has 4.3 inch HD touch screen and has 1 GB RAM. It is built with Android 2.3, Gingerbread OS and comes with 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot capability for up to 8 Wi-Fi enabled devices. The 8 megapixel rear camera has HD video capture facility too.

It is quite similar to the Atrix on AT&T except for the Gingerbread OS and size of the screen (Atrix on AT&T is 4 inches).
