Min of Persons are married, have phones, cars and houses ?

Sir / madam,
My question is

Say on a scale of 100, 85 have phones, 80 have cars, 70 have houses and 75 are married. How many minimum persons are married, have phones, cars and houses ?

75 are married so 25 are not married
85 have phones 15 dont have phones
80 have car 20 dont have car
70 have house 30 dont have house

so totally 100-(25+15+20+30)=10 have all

As per me, Minimum persons having all possibilities is 10 Persons.
