When the mode is on, it tries to remove the amount of things that are making the display bright plus it changes the user interface to a larger percentage of black in order to blend with the darkness. You have the option of manually activating the mode or it can be set to auto detect environments like theaters and conference rooms. Thanks to this you wonât have to squint while you are trying to read the message that someone has sent at the middle of the night. In the meanwhile, Microsoft has not mentioned when this technology will be available on its devices.
