Microsoft Blesses Latest Lumia Phones with Denim Update

With opening of IFA 2014, Microsoft has announced a few new phones in its famous Lumia series. However that's not all. The company has also announced the all new Denim Update for Lumia 930, Lumia Icon, Lumia 1520 and newly launched <a href="https://www.crazyengineers.com/threads/microsoft-mobile-launches-nokia-lumia-830-features-tech-specs-price-in-india-detailed.76520">Microsoft Mobile Launches Nokia Lumia 830: Features, Tech Specs & Price In India Detailed</a>. The company made important changes to Cortana and camera in Denim update. With this announcement, Cortana beta officially enters UK and China whereas users in India, Canada and Australia have public alpha version of Cortana. Users in US would now have improved natural language, car kit navigation via Bluetooth via contacts, snooze reminders and calendar improvements.
If you like to keep apps, games and other stuff organised on the phone, with Denim update you can easily do so. Several apps and games can be arranged and kept in folders on the home screen, just like one can do in Android. Another feature called store live tiles is introduced for users in the US. This live tile displays features apps and games from that are the most popular in the store or the most relevant for user.
Denim update also introduces Lumia Camera App replacing Nokia Camera App. This camera substantially reduces the shutter speed to milliseconds. A long press of camera button starts 4K-quality video recording at 24fps. You can now capture images with auto-HDR and dynamic flash.
Your favorite personal digital assistant-Cortana is now available as you need her. Just say “Hey Cortana†and she’ll show up with no necessity of tapping the microphone button on your screen. Denim update also helps user to maintain privacy and security when using data while connected to wifi hotspots.
So, the bottom line is that Microsoft is leaving no stone unturned to surprise people when it comes to using Windows Phone. The company wants more people to have Windows Phones, at least the presentation at IFA 2014 says so.
