Micromax's Canvas phone series is definitely cracking it up and good in Indian smartphones market. Remember the last time, when Micromax A116 Canvas HD got Indian Budget Phone, Micromax A116 Canvas HD Sold Out In 15 Minutes? Well, that isn't something we hear often when it comes to Indian smartphone-making companies, do we? And here we have another strong contender. The proudly called 'first 3D smartphone' in India, Micromax A115 Canvas 3D. Introducing it today, Micromax has played its cards well when they tell you, you won't need the 3D glasses to witness the full 3D viewing experience. And it has got a whole lot of other cards to get you hooked to this phone's reviews, which will roll out soon enough.
With Micromax A115, what we're looking at is a 5-inch touch screen display that has the Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) OS running atop a 1 GHz dual core processor. The company says that users will be able to multi-task with this smartphone while watching superior quality graphics and improved overall performance. The 2000 mAh battery has been put up to allow you to have an average 4.5 hours of talktime. So, no buttering up here.
Taking a dig at the other tech specs - Users will be able to click photos using a 5.0 megapixel camera that has auto-focus feature and make video calls at 0.3 megapixel with the front camera. With support for dual SIM, there is an expandable memory of upto 32 GB at your disposal and a WiFi & Bluetooth connectivity.
A rather interesting feature to look at is 'Canvas 3D', that will let you convert your normal click into a 3D image. Then there's a 'Micromax 3D Space' app that comes pre-loaded allowing users to have access to 3D videos and games. The availability of this Canvas smartphone is being vouched for across many different retail outlets across India with a price of INR 9,999/-. It is amazing to have all those features at that price tag. Most of them would be willing to check this phone out at a local store. What's your guess at its success? Speak out in comments.
