MICA (Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad) has declared that it will be considering CAT scores for 2012-14 batch candidates.
Till 2008-09, it used to consider these scores but as soon as CAT went online and encountered many technical glitches, MICAT was made mandatory for students to get admitted in MICA. Now CAT as well as MICAT needs to be given. Shortlisted candidates from CAT result would be required to give MICAT, after which they'll be eligible for GE/PI.

So all those who are interested in communications/media/marketing/advertising should start preparing for CAT seriously now!
