You already applied to these universities, you should know which one is the best for your specialization. What do you want to specialize in? Do you have anything broadly in mind?

No "Sir", please. Georgia Tech is a great university, congratulations. It is costly though, as far as I know. Clemson is good, I suppose you applied because of IUCAR, which is relatively new but I heard is a very advanced and huge facility for automotive research. Also, IUCAR is far from the Clemson main campus, check again on that detail (how would a student manage accommodation or transport to and from the main campus if doing research/coursework at IUCAR and living/having classes on the same day on the main campus, etc. ). Your GRE score is great and your academics are also good.

When you say you want "some specialization in Auto" , what exactly do you mean? Different universities have different research strengths. Surely, you must have done some research of your own before applying to these universities (which are the research groups you want to work with, which courses are as per your interest, etc.). What do you mean by this part:

"I got acceptance from Georgia tech ,but I heat nd thermal Engg"

Did you get an acceptance in Heat and Thermal Engineering (that cannot be a department since departments are usually like Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering/Mechanical and Materials Engineering/etc.)? Or did you get a funded admit from a professor who works in the Heat and Thermal Engineering group? Is this field not your interest? Same goes for this part:

    "Clemson advanced power trains"

Did you get an admit in Adv.Power Train (that is unlikely since that is a specialization)? Or did you get an admit in the ME/Auto Engineering department with some sort of funding in Adv. PT group? Please be clear.
