Do you mean the brake master cylinder? The master cylinder for hydraulic brakes supplies the brake fluid for all four calipers. -

yeah i mean the brake master cylinder.because i want to measure the braking line pressure. if i set a pressure valve in one of the two lines is ok? or i must to set up for both? -

Have it downstream from the master cylinder/booster.

you are going to have to look at what size rotors and calipers you have on the vehicle. the location of your centre of gravity and obviously the weight on each wheel. then aim to lock the wheels up
