Looking for a Team
I am looking to construct a building approximately 38 stories high along the beach. I have been looking into this for about 2 years now and I am ready to move to the next step. The issue is I am not a professional in any engineering field. So I am looking to put together a small team who is interested in partnering with me in this project. If you are selected to join the team, I will ask nothing more from you than your knowledge and work related to your field of study with this project. This is right, I am asking for no money or funding of any sort from you. I just want a team that can make the inter parts of this project work. I am not going to be releasing any specifics as to where the building will be going, except to those of you who are working in the fields where the environment and land are factors needed to get the correct calculations.
Just because I am not a professional engineer, I am a project professional in the sense of organizing large projects and I have the ability to have this project funded for up to $160 Million. In exchange for your services, you will be given a % ownership in this project.
The city that this building will be going into will be a game changer for that city and the government in the location is giving special permissions to exceed building height limitations as long as we deliver to them the next big thing in their city, which we will.
So I am looking for professionals in their field who have the general knowledge as to get this ball rolling. If you are interested, I will wait to hear from you.
