LG G5 Launched Via Flipkart - High On Design, But Heavy On Pocket

LG G5: Modular Smartphone With Friends Accessories Launched At MWC 2016 is now available in India at a price of INR 52990. It is launched today, on Flipkart’s Exclusive for a pre-book sale and is coming with a CAM PLUS absolutely free!

The phone is sleek in design and has a metal alloy finish which gives its user a nice sensation. The device is available in three classic metal-colour variants- Silver, Titan and Gold which adds a refined look to it. Being incorporated with a modular design- it allows easy interfacing of companion devices for better camera enhancing features. Not only that, but the presence of slide-out battery slot- which allows to swipe out the drained batteries in a flick of time, points towards its incredible design and high class engineering!

It comes with a screen of size 13.46cm (5.3”) and a 3D type Arc Glass which gives the HD display a gentle curve, providing a stunning look. A resolution of 2,560 x 1,440px and a pixel density of 554ppi adds life to the images. Presence of Corning Gorilla Glass 4 provides protecting to its amazing screen and hints towards its durability.

Camera features are always at its best as the device is provided with 16MP back and 8MP front camera with Wide Angle Lens-130 feature. It means that the phone is capable enough to capture each and every detail. Features like Manual Mode, Auto Shot mode provides capturing an image straight off as a facial expression is detected.

It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor chip with a RAM of 4GB. 2 GHz CPU and GPU of Adreno 530provides rich multitasking and gaming experience. It has an internal memory of 32GB and is expandable upto 2TB.

It has a juice of 2,800mAh, powered by Li-ion battery and has a removable battery slide which allows swapping it up with other interfacing devices. It supports Type C USB port and a hybrid Dual SIM slot. It is enabled with 4G LTE with VoLTE and supports other connectivity features like Bluetooth, WIFI etc.

The end is not yet as the device supports LG FRIEND which allows connectivity with devices like LG360 CAM, LG360 VR, LG CAM PLUS and LG Charging Cradle adding a new dimension to the user’s experience.
