With the Vibe S1 Lite the major part that has changed is the camera. On the original S1, there is the Lenovo Vibe S1 Arrives In India - Features And Specs At Glance. However, on the S1 Lite, there's an 8MP front camera equipped with a Sony image sensor, a 5-piece lens for zero-distortion and a built-in flash that increases to the amount of light captured while taking a selfie. Moreover, since groupfies are as popular as selfies, the panorama feature lets you bring in the entire group in the frame and let's you use various retouching and social sharing apps for quick edits and transfer.

Along with the front selfie camera, the rear camera has been enhanced to a 13 megapixel sensor powered by dual LED flash that let you capture good quality photos even on late evenings.

Wrapped inside a metallic frame and featuring a slightly curved back, the phone looks quite sleek. The one in the image above is in Matte White color, however there's another Matte Blue color variant to be made available too.

There's a 5 inch Full HD display on board and a 2700 mAh battery that keeps your phone running for longer hours. Running atop a MediaTek MTK 6753 64-bit Octa-core 1.3 GHz processor featuring support for LTE connectivity, the Lenovo Vibe S1 lite features 2 GB RAM and brings 16GB of internal storage expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It is also known that the S1 Lite features Dual Nano SIM cards feature and support for 2G, 3G and 4G LTE connectivity.

In all, there are a lot of downgrades if we compare the S1 Lite to the S1. The S1 has a better processor (1.7 GHz), bigger RAM (3 GB), bigger expandable memory (128 GB) and last but not the least - a FHD resolution display.

With that we come to the end of the top specifications and features on the newly unveiled Vibe S1 Lite smartphone. What are your thoughts about its pricing and specifications? Share with us in comments below.
