Lenovo & Nvidia Team Up For A Convertible Windows RT Tablet

After Lenovo announced the #-Link-Snipped-#, it has now decided to expand its Windows 8 tablet range by working with Nvidia to bring a convertible Windows RT device which can be both a tablet and a notebook. According to the source, the keyboard of the notebook can flip around and turn into a tablet. A similar concept to this has already been used in #-Link-Snipped-# which runs Windows 8. This device is different from the IdeaPad Yoga because it will run Windows RT instead of Windows 8 since it has a ARM processor made by Nvidia instead of a Intel processor.

Windows RT version will support Windows 8 apps but not traditional desktop software. Although the date of release of ThinkPad Tablet 2 has been confirmed to be in October, there is no word on when this device will arrive in the market.
