Lava E-Tab Z7H Enters Budget Tablet Market With Rs. 5,499 Price
The budget tablet market in India is going to get even more crowded as Lava announces the launch of its 7 inch Android tablet named E-Tab Z7H. This Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) running tablet is powered by 1.2 GHz Cortex-A8 processor and Mali-400 3D graphics processor. It is equipped with a DDR3 512 MB RAM and has an internal memory capacity of 4GB. For extra storage, microSD cards of up to 32 GB can be used. The 7-inch TFT LCD multi touch display offers 800 x 480 pixel resolution and makes use of Flick technology for easier and faster navigation. The tablet features a front facing 0.3 megapixel camera for video chat purpose.

In terms of connectivity the device uses Wi-Fi and 3G USB dongles via microUSB port. The 2800 mAh Lithium – Ion battery claims an average 5 hours of backup. The tablet measures 122 x 204 x 11.9 mm and weighs 350 grams. It comes loaded with many native Google apps as well as the obvious social networking apps. The device is up for preorder at various shopping sites at Rs 5,499 and will hit stores around second week of August in India.
