    hi

    i was thinking of doing MS after my B.Tech in CS. can anybody tell me if i would get any advantage if I apply for MS after gaining job ex say for 2 yrs.

    Yes, there will be an added advantage depending upon the type of job you do for 2 years. If you are into hardcore technical job, you will have an edge over others.

    i would also like to know if development jobs in companies like TCS count as core jobs.
    and does the reputation of company i join have any effect on my post graduation prospects.😛

    Well, a reputed company will no doubt shine on your resume. I think for CS engineers, an IT job would count as 'core' job.
