Is it must to have a B.ED degree for teaching Computer Science in schools if he or she has already a B.tech degree in the respective discipline

A person who is already a graduate with Bachelors degree of Engineering and technology in computer science discipline changes his/her mind to persue teaching career.Is it mandatory to have B.ed degree for the same
