Is Free electric energy possible?
There are loads of sources of free energy.
Wind power
Wave power
Solar power
Water wheels
.... too many to list here
If by free energy you mean can you create a closed system that gives more energy out than ALL forms of energy put in, then the answer is no.
At least nobody has managed it so far. The internet is littered with ridiculous claims of acheiving "over-unity", but no proof of success as yet. -

Free energy is not possible. It principally violates the laws of thermodynamics..
If you can somehow get more energy then what you give as input, then all the world's problems are solved!! 😛
So, you'll always get output energy less than the input energy, and there'll always be losses. You can minimize those losses to a considerable extent, but not to zero. Ever. -
