As per my knowledge is456-2000 is the latest one.You ca get concession if you are a student.

You can purchase a Xerox copy of the code from your college library, it'll cost you anywhere around Rs. 50 - Rs. 70. As for books on SA II, go with Ramamurtham if you want more solved examples. If you're really interested to study the subject in depth the take a look at 'Intermediate Structural Analysis' by C.K Wang.

Look you have to buy as many book as you can since each author specialised in a particular area of structure element ,but as a beginner you can take the help of B.C punmia or A.K Jain

Yes Bhavikatti is available for both Structural Analysis I &II. I used Ramamrutham for Design of Reinforced Concrete Structures.

Friends we can't say which one is the best because all are renowed authors.so its depends how u analyze it because in structure Engineering field there is no limit So,try to extract as many as content from various books it will help you in future

you may purchase one book and refer the others from college library, utilizing the college library is always the best option
