If you are looking to buy any of Apple's tablets, please be aware that the storage capacity of these machines cannot be extended using MicroSD card (first time Apple buyers beware!). So if you buy a 16 GB machine, you will have to confine all your data within the available storage capacity. If you are always on the move and want to have access to the Internet, it'd make more sense to buy a Wi-Fi + 4G version. India's getting its own 4G network in 2014 and there won't be a reason to skip the cellular version of iPad.

We'd recommend going with the 32 GB model, considering the price and the overall storage you can have. The extra you'll be paying would be worth it when you'll have blazing fast 4G connections next year.
