Infosys Visa Fraud - What's Cooking @ Infy?

Few months ago, an Infosys employee named #-Link-Snipped-# in the US filed a case against the Indian IT major Infosys, accusing the company of a large scale VISA fraud. Now the case is few days away from getting a trial and now another Infosys ex-employee in the US has filed another case against the company. Satya Dev Tripuraneni was Infy's account manager in the US. He says that he had filed a case internally, but no action was taken. Now he's gone ahead and filed a case in the California court. Tripuraneni claims that Infosys has been involved in a misuse of B1 visas.

It's hard to accept the news given the goodwill and reputation Infosys has built over years. What do you think?
