Indian Budget Phone, Micromax A116 Canvas HD Sold Out In 15 Minutes

Budget phones are on the rise everywhere and in India, smartphone brands like Micromax, Karbonn, Lava, Spice etc. are heating up the market with their devices. Among these brands, Micromax has been the winner right from the start and is still winning.

After their success with the Dual-Core A110 Canvas 2 smartphone, Micromax had made an announcement about a new Quad-Core device. They called it the A116 Canvas 3 HD, which had brilliant specs, which are as follows -

The A116 Canvas HD was put up on sale at midnight on 14 February, on their official website partnered with SnapDeal. The device went out of stock just within 15 minutes. The deliveries of the ordered phones were to be shipped in 5-7 days. Micromax had surely done a lot of publicity and built up the urge in people to buy this phone, and with this incident it becomes pretty evident. The Micromax A116 Canvas HD is priced at Rs. 13,990 (around $270).
