People in the world got ability that to read other's mind means,
No crime will happen, if person thinks about crime immediately he will be noted by police.
Let me know the answers from other's point of view.

    Even the most sane people have the most weird/violent/dangerous thoughts at times. 👀 It's when their mind decides not to act upon them, is why they are called sane.

    Thoughts should not be readable. Period.

    The thief would get to know that the police know. And the police will know that the thief knows they know.
