Idea 3G Service Is Now Active In Maharashtra, India
I've been using Idea cellular for long time now and have found out that the 3G network is now available. Idea representatives had informed me that they were activating the service on my phone. Although they promised activation time of about 2-3 days, it actually took about 2 weeks for the service to get activated.
I've browsed couple of pages and downloaded email on my phone - and the speed is really fast! I hope the service will be rolled out in other parts of India soon.
