I need a reference for job in mechanical field. I am graduated in 2017 with 78%. Searched for a job a lot but everyone asking reference. Please help me

#-Link-Snipped-#  - I doubt references really work in current job scenario. However, if you want a reference, the best place to ask it would be -

1. An employee of the company you are applying to.

2. Your college alumni network. Check with your seniors if they can refer you to any job in their organisations.
