HTC Desire 8 Specs And Image Leaked
After quite disappointing sales of the flagship devices from HTC it seems that, the Taiwanese giant is now concentrating on its mid-range and higher mid-ranger devices. Their new mid-ranger device a âDesire 8â series phone, has been leaked by a Chinese website MyDrivers.
The HTC Desire 8 is rumoured to be a dual sim phone, sporting a 5.5â display of unknown resolution. This is the largest display HTC has put in a phone that is not its flagship. Desire 8 will be featuring a 13-megapixel rear camera, along with a 5-megapixel front snapper. As from the image, it will be having front mounted dual audio speakers, as of the latest trend in HTC phones. Also, the hardware capacitive buttons are missing. So, it will have on-screen navigation buttons as of the HTC M8. The phone will be available in red, yellow, orange, cyan and white colours.
Other details of the phone such as chipset, graphics, android version, battery, etc. are as of now unknown and so is the price. One of the reasons for the poor sales of HTC phones is its price. If they have to increase their sales, they will have to bring down their much higher prices because, there are many phones out there in the market having the same specs sheet but at much lower price rate.
The HTC Desire 8 is expected to be announced on March 18 in Beijing, but it can also be unveiled in the upcoming MWC 2014 event in Barcelona.
