how to insert data in memory storage of mobile through microcontroller

i have a problem in using at-command, mobile interface with microcontroller to store variable msg in mobile memory then send it automatically to constant number..
i can store a msg then send it using at-command
but how can i take a variable output from the microcontroller then store it in phone memory then send!! using at-command
