How to get placed in good automobile company?

I've completed my graduation in mechanical engineering with 60% aggregate...I'm very much interested in automobile industries and automotive designs...what is the right way to place in good automobile companies...?

    1. Finding out what skills are required by the companies offering the job you are targeting. 

    2. Then building up your skills-set to match those requirements. It might involve getting acquainted with some software tools or languages. 

    3. Perhaps, you could try applying for the auto design schools. I think MIT Pune offers one in association with DC Design. Have you checked that?
