How to enable Rich Text Editor in Google Chrome

This question is pretty lame, but I'm not sure what's wrong. Here's my system information:

OS: Windows Vista Business
Chrome: Latest Stable

The rich text editor for CrazyEngineers posts does not work! Is there any setting in chrome to fix it?

I can smoothly run the FCK Editor demo in Chrome [WYSIWYG Editor]. Anyone knows the solutions for this?
