How they arrested him????

Just try to answer this logical puzzle.

On a National holiday.
A bus was going through a hill road. There were many hair-pin bends.
There was a doctor, a student, a pilot, a teacher, an old man and a lady were traveling in the bus.
Suddenly one them hi-jacked the bus. The driver, out of fear made the bus to fall into the valley.
Every one was admitted to the hospital.
Only the student was conscious.
The police investigated the boy about the hi-jack.
He said just three words, "I am dying" and died.
Suddenly the police arrested the hi-jacker.
How???

So the answer is,
They arrested him with a handcuff... Whoever it may be...😛
