How connect facebook and get information from facebook account?

I have private page to manage my mail and social network activity.
i have a problem how to build aplication with php and facebook api to get information about :
- Total Inbox (unread)
- Friend requests
- New notifications
- Last wall message
from my facebook account.
This information will be shown on my private page.
I see this application implemented on allyve.com

Anyone have solution for me?
