General Atomics, San Diego, California is aiming to turn nuclear power on its head.
Running turbines running on Helium at 865 C, double the light water reactors now in use, the plant can produce power for 30 years before shut down for refuelling contrasting with the 18 years for the light water reactors.
There is more to it. This technology does not need the huge cooling water requirements, doing away with the need for locating near a large water source.

Even helium is as dangerous as plutonuim or uranuim

    Howzzzaat?
Helium is one of the most innocuous substances.
Is it Radon that is being referred by any chance. Radon is radioactive.

Heluim is highly inflammabl, that why zappelines failed,it may not be as threatning as a plutonuim or uranuim, but it not so safe too compared to coal or renewable sources of energies

Helium is inert and completely non combustible. It is totally safe.
You must be thinking of D-LZ129"Hindenburg", that burnt in 1937. That was filled with Hydrogen, which is very combustible. That disaster closed the chapter for Rigid airships. The idea is being revived with Helium filled ones. However, the volume will be higher as Helium is denser than hydrogen.

Here is a video of that disaster:
